As Senior Sustainable Supply Chain Leader, you will partner across the garment industry to advance responsible business practices and build better systems. Your work will connect sustainability strategy, regional risk trends, vendor relationships, and implementation delivery. You will also lead regional assessors, third-party consultants, and implementation partners while providing consistent reporting against objectives and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategic plans for regional responsible supply chain initiatives
Partner with vendors and external stakeholders on resilience
Engage internal teams on vendor improvement work
Track regional landscape trends and responsible supply chain objectives
Lead regional assessors, consultants, and implementation partners
Requirements:

Exceptional understanding of regional human rights and sustainability landscapes
10+ years leading responsible supply chain or ethical trade programs
Strong vendor and stakeholder relationship management capabilities
Seasoned people leader with 5+ years managing teams
Independent integrity, cross-cultural communication, and English proficiency; Canadian work authorization
Lead sustainable supply chain strategy, stakeholder partnerships, and human rights progress for lululemon across the Western Hemisphere.
