Mining Equipment Performance Manager

Drive Caterpillar equipment performance for Suncor Fort Hills as a Site Performance Manager focused on availability, productivity, and customer results.
Finning Canada seeks a permanent manager supporting a 14 x 14 shift. You will partner with customers, Caterpillar, and internal Finning teams to improve physical availability, mechanical availability, and productive performance. The work supports shared customer and Finning metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead site performance improvements using equipment performance data trends
Coordinate Product Problem Resolution at the mine site
Advise operations managers on equipment selection and management
Manage physical availability metrics and implement corrective actions
Lead Finning activities through assigned reporting structures
Requirements:
Ten-plus years mining or oilsands industry experience
Mobile equipment maintenance management and process expertise
Maintenance execution, planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement experience
Red Seal certification or Mechanical Engineering degree
Ten years progressively responsible job-related leadership experience
