Dynamics 365 Finance Implementation Manager

Guide Dynamics 365 Finance implementations for BDO clients, combining functional design, configuration, and trusted advisory expertise across Canada.
BDO Canada seeks a Manager to lead customer engagements within its Dynamics 365 F&O consulting practice. You will act as an advisor to external customers and project teams, understand business objectives, and deliver application expertise in targeted areas. The position also includes managing vendors, escalations, deliverables, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise customers and project teams on Finance implementations
Lead action planning meetings and drive deliverables to closure
Manage vendors, escalations, and customer delivery concerns
Build client relationships and expand engagement footprints
Align business processes with Dynamics 365 Finance capabilities
Requirements:
Minimum five years of Dynamics 365 F&O consulting experience
Strong expertise in Finance or another functional area
Experience managing implementations or multiple functional consultants
Financial System concepts and module functionality knowledge
Experience supporting ISVs including Dynaway and SKG
Bring implementation management, financial systems knowledge, and customer advisory capabilities to BDO Canada’s Dynamics 365 practice.
