Key Responsibilities:
• Guide the recreation team to meet resident needs
• Design and assess wellness programs across various dimensions
• Oversee recreational activities, ensuring alignment with community needs
• Maintain accurate resident evaluations and attend meetings
• Collaborate with families and community partners for enhanced programs
Requirements:
• Graduate in Therapeutic Recreation or similar field
• One year of leadership experience in a care-oriented role
• Valid Class 4 driver’s license and required safety certifications
• Strong organizational abilities and communication skills
• Flexible to work various shifts, particularly evenings
