This position seeks an experienced Geotechnical Engineer familiar with underground block cave mining. In this role, you will collaborate with Mine Operations and Planning while handling ground control, risk management, and technical assessments. A 7-day on/off rotation allows for both challenging work and time away from the site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct underground inspections and damage mapping
• Develop ground support designs and rehabilitation plans
• Provide geotechnical input for mine planning
• Review excavation layouts and engineering designs
• Interpret geotechnical monitoring data and observations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Geological, Geotechnical, or Mining Engineering
• Mandatory underground block cave mining experience
• Strong skills in ground control and geotechnical assessments
• Understanding of mine development and rehabilitation
• P.Eng. designation preferred
