Senior Guidewire Insurance Software Engineer

Insurance software engineering drives this senior opportunity at CAA Club Group, focused on Guidewire applications, Gosu, Java, and P&C operations.
As a Senior Developer, you will configure and customize core Guidewire applications while supporting secure, scalable delivery. Your work includes PCF, Gosu rules, Product Model, Data Model, typelists, workflows, and external integrations. Agile Scrum ceremonies, peer reviews, testing, and release planning are part of delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize Guidewire components for insurance application capabilities
Apply SurePath standards and zero-deviation principles
Extend Product Model, Data Model, typelists, and workflows
Perform peer reviews, unit testing, and static code analysis
Participate in Scrum ceremonies, refinement, and release planning
Requirements:
Degree in computer science, engineering, technology, or equivalent experience
6+ years with Java, Gosu, and object-oriented design
3+ years of hands-on Guidewire development
Deep PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter configuration expertise
In-depth Property and Casualty insurance operations knowledge
Use senior Guidewire engineering skills, Gosu, Java, configuration, and P&C knowledge to build reliable insurance solutions.
