Accounting Manager Treasury Operations

Accounting leadership, U.S. GAAP, and month-end close expertise shape EarthDaily’s hybrid Treasury and P2P Manager role in Vancouver.
Reporting to the Corporate Controller and Director of FP&A, this manager leads P2P-related reporting activities and treasury operations. The role applies U.S. GAAP to vendor transactions, prepares accruals and journal entries, reconciles AP subledgers to the general ledger, and supports audits. It also guides P2P staff and improves NetSuite, Tipalti, banking, and forecasting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead AP cutoff, accruals, journals, and payment clearing
Reconcile AP subledgers to the general ledger
Apply U.S. GAAP to contracts, classifications, and related parties
Prepare reporting schedules, working papers, and variance explanations
Support NetSuite, Tipalti, banking, and automation initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
CPA designation preferred or equivalent demonstrated experience
Seven to ten years of progressive accounting experience
Hands-on month-end close and reconciliation experience
Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments
