Chevrolet Cadillac Vehicle Sales Advisor

Represent Chevrolet and Cadillac at Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac, using product knowledge, listening skills, and negotiation to guide vehicle purchases.
This full-time position in Whitby focuses on customer interactions throughout the automotive purchase process. You will answer questions about new and used cars, vehicle performance, applications, and financing. Success requires customer-facing experience, resilience, communication, and consistent follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Build rapport during vehicle selection and payment discussions
Conduct test drives and dealership walk-throughs
Explain financing and vehicle applications to clientele
Negotiate terms while maintaining customer satisfaction
Contact prospects to schedule customer appointments
Requirements:
Three or more years in customer-facing work
Retail, sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred
Competitive spirit and drive toward monthly sales objectives
Authorized employment documentation and valid driver's license
Ability to pass background and motor vehicle screening
Use Chevrolet and Cadillac product knowledge, customer communication, and negotiation skills to support sales at Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac.
