As Vice President, you will be responsible for the comprehensive execution of integration strategies across the Bank. Your role involves managing the integrated master plan and overseeing budget accountability in alignment with financial cycles. You'll also steer the relationship with external vendors and address regulatory engagements while advocating for seamless transitions for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the integrated master plan and critical path
• Manage the integration budget across all workstreams
• Chair investment gate meetings for funding approvals
• Direct the design authority for scope management
• Govern execution with an actionable risk and issue register
Requirements:
• 15+ years in large-scale transformation or enterprise program delivery
• Proven expertise in regulatory and Board-level engagement
• Strong financial acumen and customer-centric change leadership
• Risk management fluency across various disciplines
• Executive presence with excellent communication skills
