Build employee engagement at Intact as a Legal Claims Manager in Dartmouth, using coaching, communication, and performance leadership. This permanent position offers hybrid work arrangements.
You will lead a group of in-house Lawyers while creating an engaging environment for professional and personal development. The work includes feedback, mentoring, recruitment, onboarding, and team communication. You will also collaborate with Claims leadership to support quality claims management.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze engagement feedback and take appropriate action
Identify talent and create meaningful development opportunities
Partner with HR on recruitment and onboarding
Facilitate meetings, one-on-ones, and huddles
Communicate change across initiatives, processes, and workflows
Requirements:

Litigation expertise and passion for people development
Experience establishing and measuring team performance
Open, honest, and accountable leadership approach
Strong communication skills adaptable to audiences
Experience helping teams adapt during organizational change
