Direct insolvency and restructuring mandates at PwC, combining court-process experience with financial analysis. Travel may be required as client needs demand.
As Deals Restructuring Director, you will help clients navigate financial distress and optimize recovery outcomes. You will run in-court and out-of-court processes, advise debtors and creditors, and coordinate mandate execution with partners and additional advisors. Business development and client relationship development are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities:
Run in-court and out-of-court restructuring processes
Advise stakeholders throughout financial distress and recovery
Lead teams executing advisory and restructuring mandates
Initiate business development and client relationship activities
Coordinate advisors across turnaround and realization plans
Requirements:
Professional accounting or similar financial management designation
Insolvency experience advising debtors and creditors
CIRP or Licensed Insolvency Trustee designation
Ability to evaluate financial results and cash flow forecasts
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
Lead PwC insolvency mandates with court-process knowledge, recovery expertise, financial analysis, and client relationship development.
