Hybrid Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

Elevate business processes as a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst for a large Manufacturing client in Oshawa. This hybrid role emphasizes HRSD and requires strong ServiceNow skills.
This two-year contract position offers the opportunity to engage with IT, HR, and SIR departments. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit and document business requirements through collaboration
• Develop user stories and effective ServiceNow workflows
• Conduct workshops to analyze and improve business processes
• Ensure clarity and alignment of requirements with business goals
• Work with product owners to prioritize project backlog
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow
• Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules for IT, HR, and SIR
• Strong grasp of agile methodologies
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist
