This Manager leads identity security operational controls across lifecycle processes, segregation of duties, privileged access, and authentication capabilities. The position combines IAM service delivery with governance, threat reduction, and cyber resilience responsibilities. You will develop roadmaps, standards, procedures, metrics, and executive reporting while supporting audits and regulatory reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Govern identity lifecycle processes and segregation of duties controls
Oversee PAM governance, account reviews, and credential protection
Lead identity security risk assessments and maturity initiatives
Monitor threats, privileged access risks, and insider indicators
Develop identity security roadmaps, standards, and procedures
Requirements:
10+ years managing enterprise IAM operations
Strong IAM governance, audit, risk, and compliance knowledge
Experience leading operational and security-focused teams
Experience with PAM, MFA, SSO, and cloud identity
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Bring identity governance, risk assessment, and privileged access expertise to mature Canada Life’s identity security controls and reporting.
