Elevate women's fashion with Groupe Dynamite as a Senior Designer specializing in fleece. You'll shape seasonal collections, translating trends into fresh, wearable pieces for the GARAGE brand.
In this role, you will report to the Design Director and collaborate with multiple teams, including Merchandising and Sourcing. Your expertise in trend identification and technical sketching will allow you to lead the product development process from concept to store launch. You'll create designs that resonate with the GARAGE customer, ensuring each piece is both stylish and commercially viable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify fashion trends and create aligned product concepts
• Communicate design through sketches and digital tools
• Curate assortments for optimal product balance
• Lead tech design setups ensuring accuracy
• Contribute to fittings and solve design issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Over 7 years of fashion design experience
• Strong technical skills in sketching and design tools
• Knowledge of fabric and materials sourcing
• Familiarity with trend forecasting platforms
