Drive growth initiatives at Omnicom Media Canada through project management, stakeholder coordination and precise execution in a hybrid work model.
As Senior Manager, Growth, you will report to the Senior Director, Growth and support strategic business initiatives across Omnicom Media Canada agencies. You will coordinate New Business, Client Success, Commercial, Brand Marketing and agency leadership. The role centers on client retention, growth, planning and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned growth initiatives from planning through delivery
Develop project plans, timelines and workback schedules
Coordinate stakeholders, meetings, deliverables and action items
Track milestones, dependencies and project commitments
Identify gaps and improve execution tools and processes
Requirements:
Six or more years of relevant professional experience
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects
Exceptional organization and meticulous attention to detail
Strong written, verbal and stakeholder communication skills
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
Bring disciplined project management, stakeholder coordination and attention to detail to Omnicom Media Canada’s growth priorities.
