The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring in-store shopping experience and helps achieve sales goals. The role builds customer relationships while representing Ralph Lauren brand standards and values.
Responsibilities
Drive sales by keeping customers at the center of decisions and supporting company initiatives.
Engage customers, build a clientele, and support alternative purchasing and product discovery options.
Maintain sales floor and store standards, participate in training, and share feedback with management.
Requirements
Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
Operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel.
