Lead the field operations team as an Industrial Services Supervisor with Clean Harbors in Sparwood, BC. Ensure compliance with safety protocols while managing customer relations effectively.
In this supervisory role, you'll oversee a dedicated team in industrial services. You will be responsible for ensuring safety practices are followed and that employees are trained in all standard operating procedures. Maintain strong communication with dispatch and understand client instructions to meet job specifications effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and direct field personnel's daily activities
• Ensure all health and safety practices are adhered to
• Conduct evaluations and maintain training standards
• Manage customer relations and feedback during jobs
• Prepare jobs with communication and materials organization
Requirements:
• 5+ years in industrial field service operations
• 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of field service scoping and pricing
• Strong problem-solving and strategic resolution skills
• Familiarity with Corporate Safety & Compliance Policies
