As the Restaurant Manager, you will collaborate closely with leadership to create an elevated guest experience that aligns with the kitchen's offerings. This involves organizing day-to-day operations, staff training, and complaint resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also handle special event coordination and maintain communication with the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and implement procedures
• Train staff for superior guest service delivery
• Set work schedules and monitor team performance
• Coordinate pre-event planning and client meetings
• Process cash orders and manage tip pools
Requirements:
• Minimum two years' experience in premium food and beverage supervision
• Valid Serving it Right certificate
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• High commitment to quality and organizational excellence
• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
