Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Respect and follow privacy and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with both residents and the healthcare team
• Determine work priorities and methods independently
• Deliver quality person-centered care
Requirements:
• Health Care Aide Certificate required
• 1-2 years’ experience in the health care field preferred
• Current BLS certification necessary
• Flexibility to work in stressful and diverse environments
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license may be needed
