The Asset Generalist Senior Artist delivers complete production-ready assets in a professional VFX environment. You will handle hero characters and complex assets, leading development from modelling through final lookdev. Collaboration spans Modeling, Texture, Lookdev, Rigging, Production, Supervisors, and HoDs.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute advanced hero character and complex asset work
Lead asset development through final lookdev
Mentor junior and mid-level artists across workflows
Troubleshoot pipeline issues with other departments
Improve QC checklists, templates, and team practices
Requirements:
Significant professional VFX Asset Generalist experience
Expert proficiency in Maya, ZBrush, and Substance Painter
Expert proficiency in Mari, Katana, and Houdini
Strong Python, MEL, and VEX scripting skills
Clear communication and strong production problem-solving
