DECIEM seeks a Senior Manager, Art and Design, to lead concepts and validation for global NIOD and DECIEM projects. You will translate briefs into visual stories, collaborate with brand teams, and guide design execution. The role combines creative leadership, hands-on design expertise, and cross-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily creative execution for NIOD and DECIEM
Develop concepts, mood boards, mockups, and creative presentations
Deliver launches, partnerships, Sephora initiatives, and campaigns
Mentor designers and provide hands-on creative feedback
Review work against visual standards and quality expectations
Requirements:

Seven or more years of graphic or creative design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and executional design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience leading, mentoring, and developing creative teams
Ability to manage overlapping projects and competing deadlines
Bring creative leadership, Adobe expertise, and visual design skills to NIOD and DECIEM’s global brand work.
