International Growth Marketing Manager

Drive international growth marketing for Intelcom | Dragonfly by coordinating global plans, agencies, brand identity, and measurable improvement across active markets.
As Growth Marketing Team Lead, you will manage marketing activity across countries and collaborate with international teams and partners. Your responsibilities include using market insights, tracking KPIs, guiding website content, and leading brochures, product sheets, and pitch documents. You will maintain consistent client experience from advertising through onboarding. The role also includes quarterly planning workshops and industry trend monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Use market insights to shape marketing strategy
Coordinate multi-country marketing plan deployment
Lead brand identity and tone consistency
Create brochures, product sheets, and pitch documents
Ensure consistent experience through client onboarding
Requirements:
10+ years in marketing-related fields
5+ years managing teams
5+ years managing agencies and freelancers
Excellent English and French communication skills
Familiarity with InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop
