Senior UX Researcher AI Products

Lead mixed-method UX research at StackAdapt from anywhere in Canada, using qualitative and quantitative expertise to shape product strategy.
As a Senior UX Researcher on an 18-month contract, you will guide research across three to four product teams. You will frame ambiguous problems, deliver actionable insights, facilitate workshops, and influence product roadmaps. The work includes AI tools, stakeholder coaching, and collaboration with Product, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and Client Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead mixed-method studies across three to four product teams
Translate complex questions into focused research plans
Facilitate workshops turning findings into product requirements
Shape roadmaps through actionable research insights
Improve UXR workflows using scalable AI tools
Requirements:
Four to seven-plus years of applied UX research experience
Portfolio showing qualitative and quantitative decision-making
Experience integrating AI tools into research workflows
Ability to manage concurrent studies autonomously
Experience with workshops, stakeholder coaching, and research design
Bring strategic UX research, AI workflow expertise, and mixed-method skills to StackAdapt’s remote-first product teams.
