Key Responsibilities:
• Direct workforce operations with strategic oversight
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure executed strategies
• Standardize processes in recruiting, onboarding, and training
• Optimize safety and performance across field operations
• Track KPIs and champion continuous improvement
Requirements:
• 8–10+ years of experience in workforce management
• Proven leadership skills in operational settings
• Skilled in designing and improving processes
• Familiarity with operational systems and tools
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
