Senior Business Analyst to assist with Disaster Recovery Remediation & Enhancement program, including process development and facilitating stakeholder meetings for a billing system upgrade
Candidates will be working a hybrid schedule of in-office and WFH. Calgary candidates preferred, but open to Edmonton candidates
Must Haves
7+ years of experience as a
Business Analysis
or
Business Systems Analysis
with a focus on
Disaster Recovery initiatives
Experience with developing new
Disaster Recovery Plans
and
Technical Recovery Guides
( process analysis
and
technical writing )
Strong
Facilitation
skills and working with multiple stakeholders and SME's
Experience with
billing systems , or multiple systems environments (Maximo, Oracle) and previous
Utilities
or
Energy
experience
Nice to Have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
Support the DR Gaps Remediation & Enhancement Program
Work with a Sr. PM
Report to the Technical Lead, Disaster Recovery & Resiliency Services
