Novartis Medical Affairs Canada is seeking a Medical Excellence Lead to lead its Medical Excellence agenda. The role builds capability, embeds harmonized practices, and translates strategy into Field Medical delivery. It suits candidates with MSL or medical operations experience, sound judgement, and change-leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities:

Define capability-building priorities across Medical stakeholders
Embed harmonized ways of working
Translate strategy into practical Field Medical delivery
Partner across Medical leadership and governance groups
Drive alignment and follow-through across the matrix
Requirements:

Scientific or life-sciences degree
Four or more years’ Medical Affairs experience
Field Medical credibility and scientific acumen
Prior MSL or MSL manager experience desirable
Change leadership and situational adaptability
