The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis provides financial leadership and business partnership across the organization. You will translate complex information into clear insights, recommendations, risks, and management actions. The role supports investments, acquisitions, divestitures, business combinations, strategic initiatives, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide financial guidance for operational initiatives and investment decisions
Develop models and business cases for new opportunities
Support acquisitions, investments, divestitures, and other transactions
Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis for management actions
Strengthen financial acumen across business leaders
Requirements:

Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling capabilities
Effective business partnering and communication skills
Three to five years of finance leadership experience
Experience with management reporting and business case development
Approximately five or more years of progressive finance experience
Apply financial modelling, strategic analysis, and collaborative leadership to support Milton Hydro’s corporate and business-unit decisions.
