IOSA Audit Operations Manager
International Air Transport Association (IATA)
Manage IOSA audit delivery at IATA, using airline operations expertise, safety auditing knowledge, and strong communication skills. Travel required: 5%.
As Audit Operations Manager, you will support the IOSA Program office and report to the Senior Manager, Audit Operations. You will coordinate audit teams and airlines, monitor findings, and help deliver IOSA Audit Reports within defined timelines. The contract continues until 28 February 2028.
Key Responsibilities:
Support airlines throughout their audit processes
Provide technical briefings to IOSA auditors during field-work
Verify evidence required for audit closure
Monitor auditor performance and audit deliverables
Formally close assigned audits
Requirements:
Five-plus years in airline operations, safety, auditing, quality, and compliance
Knowledge of safety audit principles and the IOSA Program
Understanding of ICAO, EASA, and FAA requirements
Relevant university degree or equivalent qualifications
Excellent English writing, presentation, analytical, and communication skills
