Road Construction Project Supervisor
D. Crupi & Sons Limited
Lead road construction projects across grading, grinding, and asphalt and concrete operations while managing safety, schedules, and project execution. This full-time, year-round salaried position requires strong planning and communication.
The Construction Supervisor facilitates assigned projects from handoff through closeout. You will review contracts, field conditions, client requirements, and environmental concerns while coordinating resources. The work includes planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, traffic protection, quality, administration, and winter snow-removal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Review handoff documents, contracts, estimates, and field conditions
Create safe project action plans and schedules
Manage manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and trucking
Monitor daily costs, quantities, productivity, quality, and safety
Measure completed work and support project closeout
Requirements:
Previous road construction experience required
Knowledge of construction practices, planning, and scheduling
Awareness of construction regulations and specifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ontario G license and acceptable driver’s abstract required
