You will execute hydrogeological models, develop conceptual site models, and address groundwater characterization, management, protection, and remediation. The position also involves technical scopes, proposals, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Create conceptual site models for hydrogeological interpretation
Construct, calibrate, and operate three-dimensional groundwater models
Prepare technical reports for clients and regulators
Integrate findings with scientific, planning, and engineering disciplines
Mentor junior hydrogeologists and oversee occasional field work
Requirements:
Three to seven years in environmental services or mining
Working knowledge of MODFLOW and groundwater modelling
Knowledge of aquifers, geochemistry, water balance, and groundwater quality
Undergraduate earth sciences degree; master's preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access
