Financial Advisory Restructuring Manager

Turn complex financial challenges into practical recommendations with BDO’s Financial Advisory team. Work across office, client sites, and virtual settings.
As a Manager in Corporate Restructuring, you will work directly with senior client and stakeholder groups while leading engagement teams. Your responsibilities include preparing financial projections, integrated cash flow forecasts, reports, and recommendations. You will support clients facing financial distress, liquidity pressures, operational underperformance, and significant change.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute components of client restructuring engagements
Prepare and review integrated cash flow forecasts
Identify financial, operational, and business risks
Maintain relationships with clients and referral sources
Contribute to proposals, presentations, and practice development
Requirements:
Two or more years of related financial advisory experience
Canadian CPA designation required
Formal or informal restructuring engagement experience
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency
Bring financial advisory, engagement leadership, and clear communication skills to BDO’s Corporate Restructuring team.
