Senior CRM Product Designer AutoSync

Design CRM experiences at AutoSync in Toronto, using product design and user research to simplify dealership workflows and customer relationships.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape AutoSync’s dealership CRM within a Canadian digital automotive solutions leader. You will connect customer information, lead management, communications, follow-up, and deal progression. The work spans discovery, interaction design, prototyping, user testing, implementation, and launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end product design for key CRM areas
Simplify customer profiles, pipelines, communications, tasks, and appointments
Partner with Product and Engineering through launch
Design AI and automation experiences for timely follow-up
Evolve the design system, accessibility, and implementation quality
Requirements:
5+ years of end-to-end design experience
Experience leading complex use cases cross-functionally
Portfolio showing strong visual and interaction design
Ability to support decisions with customer data
Comfort managing multiple tasks and shifting needs
Bring CRM, research, interaction design, and AI experience to improve dealer efficiency and customer engagement through AutoSync.
