Multi-Site Hospital Technology Lead

Support multi-site hospital transformation from Owen Sound through technical leadership in devices, clinical connectivity, and service readiness.
Brightshores Health System seeks a Technical Lead for its full-time temporary HIS Renewal project. You will help ensure local technology, workflows, devices, and support processes align with the shared regional HIS. Collaboration includes partner hospitals, vendors, clinical stakeholders, and project workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess site-specific infrastructure and technology requirements
Coordinate clinical and end-user device deployment across locations
Support identity, access, mobility, printing, and user experience readiness
Manage testing, downtime solutions, cutover, and go-live support
Facilitate transition from project delivery to operational support
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in information technology, computer science, or related discipline
Five years of progressive technical delivery experience required
Experience with clinical systems, hospital environments, or infrastructure renewal
Understanding of patient safety, privacy, cybersecurity, and clinical workflows
Ability to influence without authority and manage competing priorities
Use hospital technology expertise, practical coordination, and patient-safety awareness to deliver reliable HIS renewal across Brightshores sites.
