Pureform is looking for experienced Sonographers to provide on-call support for clinic coverage. This position can be part-time or full-time, requiring availability 3–5 days weekly. You will perform various ultrasound examinations and enjoy a $5.00 per hour premium for every on-call hour worked.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations per protocols
• Prepare rooms and equipment according to safety protocols
• Communicate findings clearly to Radiologists
• Maintain accurate patient records confidentially
• Participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled

Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized Sonography program
• Active certification with Sonography Canada
• MSK certification required
• 3+ years of sonography experience preferred
• Reliable transportation across clinic locations
