Govan Brown is seeking a Project Manager experienced in commercial interior projects and client-focused construction management. You will align construction activities with customer requirements, coordinate consultants and trades, and identify repeat-business opportunities. The role also contributes to business development, market awareness, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop long-term relationships with clients, designers, architects, and consultants
Manage expectations and align construction activities with customer requirements
Lead project meetings, record minutes, and share lessons learned
Participate in business development and identify new opportunities
Monitor competitive developments, real estate activity, and market trends
Requirements:
Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction or related discipline
Five-plus years’ project management experience with a general contractor
Proven leadership, mentoring, coaching, and team motivation experience
Success maintaining client, consultant, supplier, and subcontractor relationships
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and project management software
