Commercial Scheduling Manager Toronto
Porter Airlines
Lead Porter’s commercial scheduling team in Toronto, connecting revenue priorities with feasible flight plans, safety, and passenger service standards.
The Manager, Scheduling directs commercial schedule execution and optimization across Porter’s Embraer E195-E2 and Dash 8-400 fleets. This role builds team capability, establishes consistent scheduling processes, and collaborates across operational departments. It also uses performance reporting to communicate milestones, metrics, and operational insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Set team performance goals and build collaborative scheduling culture
Lead quality assurance routines across commercial and operational metrics
Develop scheduling systems training for operational departments
Report schedule performance through SQL and Tableau analysis
Participate in Porter’s Safety Management System
Requirements:
Progressive airline scheduling or operational network management experience
Proven people leadership and mentoring experience
Ability to meet strict schedule publishing deadlines
Strong communication, initiative, and results focus
Degree or equivalent in a quantitative related field
Use commercial scheduling leadership, team development, and operational analysis to support Porter’s passenger-focused airline network.
