As Licensed Assistant Manager, you help achieve performance indicators including sales, conversion, customer count, and continuity of care. You support store profitability, visual directives, administrative duties, and safe operations. You also help resolve problems, communicate development needs, and ensure team adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver results against sales and customer performance indicators

Requirements:

Current valid provincial Opticianry license
One or more years of management experience
