As the Project Coordinator you'll report directly to the Branch Manager, overseeing service and project components. Your responsibilities will include liaising with field staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with Canem's standards. You'll also provide vital administrative support to project managers and assist in project preparation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise project service aspects
• Support project managers with budget estimates
• Monitor job billing and report statuses monthly
• Provide documentation and administrative assistance
• Participate in pre-planning for upcoming projects
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of project coordination experience
• CofQ in electrical or mechanical trades
• College Diploma or Bachelor’s in relevant fields
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical projects
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
