As Senior Manager, Corporate-Commercial Credit, you will manage Senior Credit Analysts overseeing Large Key Accounts, Strategic Partners, and higher-risk SMB clients. You will guide underwriting, portfolio monitoring, risk mitigation, and credit decisions. The role supports business growth while maintaining established risk appetite and strengthening Moneris' credit risk framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead analysts and manage corporate-commercial credit portfolio performance
Oversee underwriting, renewals, monitoring, and risk mitigation activities
Approve management limits and delegate authority across the team
Guide complex decisions, escalations, and timely deal adjudication
Enhance controls, governance, reporting, and portfolio risk insights
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or equivalent experience
Professional designation such as CPA, CFA, CCP, or FCSI
Eight to ten years managing credit risk in financial services
Eight to ten years analyzing financial statements, audit, or restructuring
Five or more years leading people within credit risk
