This Technical Lead serves as the primary technical contact for a dedicated health and longevity engagement. You will own technical outcomes, communicate trade-offs in plain language, and build trust with stakeholders. Responsibilities span architecture, compliance awareness, task breakdown, delegation, coaching, client feedback, and identifying opportunities to add value.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the client's primary technical contact
Explain options, status, and risks plainly
Stay current on personal health data compliance
Break plans into actionable tasks and stories
Seek client feedback and incorporate it into cycles
Requirements:

At least eight years of software engineering experience
Two or more years directing technical teams
Proven ability to turn vision into action
Excellent communication with non-technical audiences
Health, life sciences, or regulated-industry experience preferred
Combine client communication, compliance awareness, and full-stack technical leadership to support Appnovation's health and longevity engagement.
