Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting client care, and supporting Registered Nurses with complex cases. You will be part of a supportive environment focused on enhancing nursing practice through minimum Nurse to Patient Ratios (mNPRs).
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform full nursing functions for clients with predictable outcomes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Document client assessments and care plans accurately
• Support Registered Nurses with more complex cases
• Maintain clinical competence as per BCCNM standards
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Current practicing registration with BCCNM
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
• Physical capability to perform nursing duties
