Senior Investment Technology Business Analyst

Lead investment technology analysis at AIMCo, connecting business requirements with practical solutions across back-office operations and finance.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will partner with investment, operations, finance, and technology stakeholders. You will translate complex needs into functional specifications, process flows, data mappings, use cases, and user stories. The work supports investment lifecycle initiatives within a cross-functional DevOps team.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather requirements and facilitate stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams
Translate needs into specifications, process flows, mappings, and user stories
Support accounting, settlements, reconciliations, valuations, and financial reporting initiatives
Develop acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing
Guide analysis, implementation, deployment, and delivery improvements
Requirements:
Five or more years in business analysis or related financial services roles
Investment management experience across front, middle, or back-office functions
Knowledge of investment accounting, fund administration, or cash management
Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Working knowledge of Agile/DevOps delivery methodologies
