Scrum Master Product Delivery

Bring Scrum mastery to Traction Complete, facilitating software sprints, coaching development teams, and aligning technical execution with product roadmaps.
As the Information Technology Project Manager, internally titled Agile Delivery Manager, you will guide delivery without direct personnel authority. You will work with Product Owners, Product Managers, the CPO, UI/UX Designers, QAs, and Developers to support iterative product development. The role emphasizes collaboration, technical alignment, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Prepare delivery workshops and coordinate technical sprint schedules
Align business requirements with software development execution
Maintain transparent release roadmaps and progress tracking
Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Agile practices
Requirements:
Three-plus years facilitating software delivery or Agile teams
Active PSM, PSPO, SAFe SSM, or comparable certification
Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and facilitation skills
Understanding of sprint delivery frameworks and SDLC models
Experience training development or cross-departmental teams
Use Scrum facilitation, stakeholder alignment, Agile coaching, and release tracking to strengthen Traction Complete's product delivery.
