At Weir Marine Engineering, you will lead architecture, design, and technical direction for a large-scale Defence Network Infrastructure and Systems Modernization initiative. You will develop end-to-end architectures spanning networking, compute, storage, virtualization, cloud, systems integration, and cybersecurity. Your work will align solutions with operational, business, security, Government of Canada, and DND/CAF standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture, design, and technical direction
Develop integrated end-to-end technical solutions
Lead architecture reviews, approvals, and risk management
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project teams
Support zero harm safety behaviors
Requirements:

10+ years in IT architecture or infrastructure modernization
Large-scale complex project architecture leadership experience
Enterprise networking, compute, storage, virtualization, and cloud expertise
Cybersecurity, secure architecture, and Zero Trust knowledge
Canadian citizenship and qualifying Canadian residency for Secret clearance
