As a Senior Structural Designer, you will support industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects within a multidisciplinary engineering environment. You will manage design deliverables against schedules, budgets, and quality standards while collaborating with clients, contractors, engineers, and fabricators. The work also includes technical guidance, client relationships, and business development support.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop structural arrangements and detailed design packages
Manage design deliverables against schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Collaborate with clients and contractors to resolve technical challenges
Build client relationships and support ongoing project development
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers
Requirements:
Seven or more years of relevant structural design experience
Experience in engineering consulting or industrial project environments
Knowledge of structural drafting practices and industry requirements
Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication abilities
Detail-oriented approach focused on quality, safety, and improvement
