Finance Operating Model Manager

Shape finance operating models and transformation roadmaps while advising CFOs on technology, reporting, and organisational change at EY.
This Finance Manager supports finance transformation programs for high-growth clients and market leaders, preferably in insurance. You will address finance processes, decision-making, reporting, and technology implementation while building long-term client relationships. The position also involves project execution, risk escalation, commercial development, and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish project objectives, scope, budgets, and execution plans
Design and monitor finance transition roadmaps
Support finance tool implementations as a functional expert
Identify risks and recommend preventive or mitigating actions
Develop client relationships, networks, and commercial opportunities
Requirements:
Experience with record-to-report finance processes and reconciliations
Knowledge of consolidation, close, cost allocation, and planning
Strong accounting skills and understanding of financial statements
Experience in presales, business development, or go-to-market roles
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Bring finance operating model, project management, and client advisory expertise to EY transformation engagements.
