Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement.
Technical or QA/Testing background with a good understanding of software development and testing processes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, developers, and business stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in complex enterprise technology environments.
Exposure to Cloud, Data, Application Development, or Digital Transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
Hands‑on technical or QA/Testing experience.
Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and team leadership capabilities.
