As Head of Insurance Solutions, you will guide the product vision, roadmap, and commercial performance for Geotab’s insurance domain. You will work across product, engineering, sales, marketing, alliances, platform teams, and segment leaders. The role requires insurance or insurtech expertise, customer empathy, stakeholder management, and strong product leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Own Insurance Solutions vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery standards
Lead carrier partnerships and build, buy, or partner decisions
Optimize insurance journeys, customer metrics, consent, privacy, and compliance
Manage investment portfolios, annual planning, revenue contribution, and growth trajectory
Coordinate platform, segment, solution, and go-to-market dependencies
Requirements:

10–12 years of relevant insurance, insurtech, or telematics experience
5–8 years of leadership experience and 3+ years of customer outcomes
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field
Experience leading customer-facing products, programs, or partnerships
Understanding of usage-based insurance, underwriting, risk scoring, and telematics
Bring insurance expertise, product leadership, and commercial judgment to grow Geotab’s carrier partnerships and fleet customer value.
