Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse portfolio of residential rental buildings
• Utilize Yardi software for tracking rent and resident data
• Respond to resident inquiries promptly and effectively
• Conduct property inspections and oversee necessary repairs
• Negotiate lease agreements and manage resident issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years as a BCFSA licensed rental property manager
• Proven property management experience and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar software
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
