Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage customer orders through various channels
• Answer product availability questions and propose alternatives
• Follow up on open orders and resolve issues proactively
• Take ownership of customer requests from start to resolution
• Collaborate to improve service flow and processes
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• 3+ years in landscaping or manufacturing with customer service experience
• 1–3 years in a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
